2013 Registration dates for Football and Cheerleading

April 20th 10:00am - 2:00pm

May 4th 10:00am - 2:00pm

May 11th 10:00am - 2:00pm

May 18th 10:00am - 2:00pm

All sign ups will take place at Middletown High School's Football Complex

Registration fee must be paid in full at sign up.  No payments will be excepted.

 Cost of registration for football for April is $150.00 and for May is $175.00.

Cost of registration for cheerleading is $150.00 for new cheerleaders and $100.00 for returning cheerleaders (no uniform needed).


Registration is open to all children who are entering kindergarten through 6th grade for the 2013-2014 school year and reside in the Middletown City School district.
